Key responsibilities

  • strategic development and expansion of existing retail partners network as an important sales channel,
  • sales plan realization and finding new opportunities to increase sales growth,
  • 
active search for new customers in modern channel (retail partners),participation in business and financial planning for retail channel,
  • preparation and conclusion of contracts with business partners, 
product & campaign pitching,
  • listing and KPI monitoring, 
management and supervision of campaigns,
  • development of synergies and coordination with other sales channels,
  • 
improvement of cooperation quality,
  • market overview and store visits.

Requirements

  • minimum six years of experience in a comparable field of work (good retail chains’ market knowledge),
  • 
recent experience in non-food sector on Czek & Slovak market,
  • sales orientation,
  • good negotiation skills,
  • excellent organizational skills,
  • proactive approach and focus on solutionsanalytical skills,
  • 
flexibility and perseverance,
  • ability to work in a team,
  • strong communication skills,
  • active knowledge of English language.
